(3) When you contact us by email, the information you provide (your e-mail address, if necessary your name and phone number) is saved by us, to answer your questions. We delete the data, in this connection after the storage is not required any longer, or restrict the processing if there are legal retention obligations.

(4) If we wish to use contracted service providers, for individual functions of our offer or if you would like to utilize your data, for commercial purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective operations below. We also designate the established criteria of the storage time.

(5)This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services which you can use if you are interested. To do this, you usually need to provide additional personal information that we use to provide the respective service and for which the aforementioned data processing principles apply.
 
(2) We use some of our services to process your data, from external service providers. These were carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are regularly checked.

§ 5 Use of Google Analytics

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a Web Analytics service from Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and which allow you to analyze the use of the website. The information which cookies generate on your use of this website will generally be transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, Google will abbreviate your IP address, in advance, within the member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Treaty on the European Economic Area. The complete IP address will only be transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website, to analyze your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and provide the website operator, with further services related to website and Internet usage.

(2) Google will not link the IP address which your browser transfers, within the context of Google Analytics, to other data.

(3) You can prevent cookies from being saved, by setting your browser software to do so; however, we would like to point out that all functions of this website may not be fully usable if you do so. (4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp ()". As a result, IP addresses are truncated further and a person's data can be excluded. As far as the data collected about you has a personal reference, it is thus immediately excluded and the personal data is deleted immediately.

(5) We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. We can improve our offer, through the obtained statistics and make it more interesting for you, as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data are transferred to the United States, Google has subjected itself to the EU-US privacy shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
